Handcrafted in Ethiopia, this vintage Chocho jug is made by weaving sisal and aluminum wire, then skillfully coated with clay and beeswax to create a watertight vessel. Traditionally used to store and serve milk, water, and tej (Ethiopian honey wine), these jugs highlight the ingenuity and resourcefulness of Ethiopian artisans.
